Baby Bath-Time Cleansing Products

When giving your baby a bath, you will want to use only the best products for his tender skin. Look for hypoallergenic formulas that won’t irritate. Avoid heavy scented soaps and lotions, which can dry out delicate skin. Look for tear-free shampoos. If you find that a product irritates your baby’s skin, try another brand. Below are listed some of the most popular, tried and true baby bath soaps, all-in-one body wash and shampoos and shampoos.  They are all great products. A lot of parents will choose a product based on the scent. Some parents prefer a perfume free product.

Baby Bath Soaps

All of these well-known baby bath soaps are mild and gentle on baby’s skin. Just squirt a little in baby’s bath water, no need to rinse off before taking baby out of the bath.

Cradle-Cap Shampoos

Cradle cap is a condition that causes baby’s scalp to flake. This condition is characterized by a yellowish, scaly crust on baby’s head that’s caused by over-active sweat and oil glands in the scalp. Cradle Cap is not pleasant to look at but is not serious. Gentle treatment with a cradle cap shampoo usually relieves this condition.
